Real estate isn’t just my job—it’s been my world for over 25 years.

I’ve worn a lot of hats in this business. From general contractor for a homebuilder, to full-time real estate agent serving buyers and sellers from DFW to Gainesville. I know homes from the studs out, and I know how to guide you through the big decisions without losing your mind (or your margarita).

My superpower? Giving solid real estate advice and keeping things light when the process gets heavy. You bring the dreams—I’ll bring the strategy, the negotiation skills, and even a little sarcasm when it's needed.

When I’m not showing homes, writing offers, or helping people stage their way to sold, you’ll find me soaking up my new empty-nester era with my husband. We’re in that sweet spot of life where the kids are grown, the dinner parties are louder, and we get serious on game day cheering for the Kansas City Chiefs. (Consider this your warning if you call during kickoff.)

Weekends off? Rare. But when I grab one, we’re hitting the lake, hiking canyons, or planning the next excuse to escape town.
